So I went into this season with really good intentions of cutting back on the number of comps I entered…and I have been doing really well with that…and then TdB 13 started…well of course it doesn’t apply to TdB comps…I have to enter those…see you at JR’s…

Colt and I packed up our pirate costumes and headed down to Midnight Burn at PRG Oaks.  This comp is always fun and this year was no exception.  A great atmosphere!  Worthy of note: No snowstorm this year!  And while I absolutely adore snow and rarely root against it…it was nice to not drive all the way to Philly in a storm and I’m not sure the food truck/tent would have been there if it was snowing and I would have been really sad about missing out on that yummy goodness!  I think it helped fuel me to finals and a 7th place finish:)  A special shout out to our iso monitor who had an AWESOME costume (turns out Google maps can find Waldo) and kept us fed and entertained.  Between the bagels, ginger ale, babies, and puppies it’s a miracle any of us remembered we were there to climb!
