Orange Crush – The Edge, Halfmoon, NY
Youth Comp
Cost: $30, $5 fee for non-USAC members

This is an ABS comp being run in a format similar to Regionals. Climbers will report to isolation and the have 4 minutes on and 4 minutes rest on 6 problems. This is an excellent opportunity to work on your on-sight ability in competition and experience the Regional format before actual Regionals, plus this comp counts towards the required 2 ABS locals for USAC youth.
Adult Comp:
Cost: $20, $15 Edge members
Climbing: 5:00pm – 8:00pm, Finals: 8:30pm
This is a redpoint bouldering comp where they will be scoring your top 5 problems. If you volunteer for the youth comp in the morning, your entry fee into the adult comp is waived. Good deed…climb for free!
Dark Horse 6.1 – MetroRock, Everett, MA
Cost: $50, $5 fee for non-USAC members, $5 spectator fee for pro finals
Climbing: Junior & Youth Quals: 10:00am – 1:00pm, Citizens & Pro Quals: 12:30pm – 3:30pm, Junior & Youth Finals: 4:00pm, Pro Finals: 5:30pm

Dark Horse 6 kicks off this weekend! This bouldering series has grown to one of the biggest in the country and this year promises to up the ante! Qualifiers will be redpoint format and finals will be onsight. $5 of every entry fee and all spectator fees go towards Urban Peaks. All competitors will receive one spectator pass. Clarification on categories: During the comp youth will compete in the “MetroRock” divisions of Youth (under 13) or Junior (13 – 15) and have the opportunity to advance to Finals round in their division. After the comp, scores will be posted based on the USAC divisions of Youth D, C, B, A & Jr (determined by birth year), since this comp is a sanctioned ABS local comp and counts towards the 2 required locals. Adults can enter Citizens or Pro. Pro competitors have the opportunity to advance to the pro finals. Citizens will be placed by MetroRock in either Recreational, Intermediate or Advanced divisions based on their score.
Burly Boulder Fall Brawl – MetroRock, Essex, VT
Cost: Pre-registered: $25 MetroRock members, $30 non-members, Day of: $35 everyone!

This is the first comp for the new MetroRock location in Burlington, VT and it aims to be an annual event. Make sure you stick around for finals, as I believe MR has something up their sleeve and you won’t want to miss it!
LHU Comp – Lock Haven University, Lock Haven, PA

This bouldering comp is open to everyone 18 and up, you do not need to be a college student.
Mt Gretna Comp – Governor Dick Park, Mt Gretna, PA
Cost: $20
Climbing: 9:00am
This is an outdoor bouldering comp that raises money for the Governor Dick Bouldering Committee. There are prizes for every category and a raffle, so make sure you stick around until the end of the day for the chance to win something great! Rain date is 11/16/14, but should not be necessary. WVU TR Comp – West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV
Cost: $20
Climbing: 11:00am – 4:00pm

Prizes go to the top 3 male and female finishers at this top-rope comp, but all competitors are entered into the raffle, so anyone could end up winning something!
