I had a super fun time at the TdB at Altitude this Saturday.  I made my first TdB finals of the season, woohoo!  And although I have had better finishes in the past, I felt that this was one of my better comps overall, particularly in quals.  (I was pretty shaky by the time finals rolled around.)  I climbed well on all styles…what on the same day!?!?!  I hit two dynos (one in quals and one in finals) and both were flashes.  I’ll give you a moment to recover from that; I should have warned readers to sit down.  And 5 of my 6 scoring quals climbs were flashes…of course I made up for that with about a zillion attempts on that 6th climb….  I have a few new bumps and scrapes from the day’s efforts, as well as a especially impressive bruise on my forearm.  Super psyched for the next one (TdB, not bruise)!
