Can you believe we’re already a month into the new year!?!  And we aren’t slowing down at all heading into month 2!  February kicks off with 4 comps.  Here they are:

OCF Provincial Championships – Climber’s Rock, Burlington, ON
Cost: $60 in advance or $65 cash (exact change) day of, but pre-registration is required
Climbing: 10:00am – 6:00pm Sat (quals) & Sun (finals)

This is the last OCF Bouldering comp for the season.  Qualification rounds will be held Saturday and finals on Sunday.  Both rounds are “on-sight” format.

CCS Local – Gravity Vault, Upper Saddle River, NJCost: $25 pre-registered, $30 day of
Climbing:  11:00am – 3:00pm

The first 2014 Collegiate Climbing Series event in the northeast is being hosted by Ramapo College.  You can sign up for this redpoint format comp as an individual or as part of your college team.

Dark Horse Championships – MetroRock, Everett, MA

Climbing: 10:00am – 1:00pm Youth & Jr Quals, 12:30pm – 3:30pm Pro Quals & Citizens, 4:00pm – 5:00pm Youth & Jr Finals, 5:30pm – 7:00pm Pro Finals

The fifth season of Dark Horse will come to an epic conclusion this weekend.  The winners of the first 3 DH comps get a bye into the finals of the championships.  Everyone else is duking it out for the few remaining spots in finals or to see how they stack up against others in their category.  Check out a preview of this bouldering comp over at Crux Crush.

Friendly Banff Comp – UNB Rock & Ice Club, Fredericton, NB
