Virginia Beach is going all out with their rope comp! It’s kids in the morning and college students and adults in the afternoon/evening. Everyone fits into one of those categories, so no excuses for not signing up:)

Mortal Komp – Doylestown Rock Gym, Doylestown, PA

DRG hosts a super fun themed bouldering comp every spring and this year’s theme is video & arcade games! Slacklining more your thing? They are also hosting a slackline comp at 7:30pm, entry fee is only $10. If you sign up for the climbing comp, you can enter the slackline comp for free! Both will be a great show, so put on your best costume and come on out!

It’s time for the annual JHU spring bouldering comp!

Skidmore Outing Club is hosting this comp for college students. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place finishers in each category!

NPCC Benefit Comp – The Edge, Halfmoon, NY

This comp is to raise money to help rebuild the New Paltz Climbing Co-op which recently suffered a devastating fire that destroyed the entire facility. Please consider a donation even if you are unable to make to the comp.

OCF Local – The Junction, London, ON
Cost: $40, $5 fee for non-OCF members
Climbing: Boys 10:00am – 1:00pm, Girls 2:00pm – 5:00pm

This is the championship event for UBS and it promises to be exciting with an innovative team finals round closing out the evening!

After you’ve been inspired by the crushers at SCS Open Nationals, tie in and get on the walls yourself! This will be the only Ring of Fire event this year (it’s not a series like in previous years), so do not miss out!!!

There were a lot of good choices this weekend for where I should climb, but the lure of a theme and costumes was too much to resist, so count me in DRG! Now what should I wear?
